Can anybody tell me the effectiveness of Nite White?

I very recently got Nite White from my dentist. I paid $500 for the custom trail and about a week to 2 weeks good of gel. Should I have got an in-office treatment first? How effective is this bleaching as compared to the in-duty one? I havent noticed

I got the Nite White figuring out after I got my teeth whitened at the dentist's office, and they told me I could shove off them overnight. I got to reading the package, and it said that the 22% figuring out should not be applied for longer than an hour.
