With winter hitting its stride, that means the sun is sitting quieten in the southern sky and most of us are spending less time outdoors because it’s decent too darn cold. When we do venture out, we’re usually bundled to our ears.

But that’s no reckon to forgo sunscreen during winter months, says Dr. Quenby Erickson, a dermatologist and husk cancer surgeon at St. Louis University Clinic.

“People forget and think they don’t need to step it because they’re not outside very long,” she says. “They’ll exhaust it every single day in the summer but not in the winter.”

Slathering sunscreen on exposed centre parts such as the face is especially important when participating in open-air activities, Erickson says. And even when you’re not.

“God forbid you’re stuck fa unprepared,” she says. “If you get a bland tire or are waiting in a parking lot for someone to come, you could get a sunburn.”

Bob had a brainstorm this afternoon. He said his speedily and arm swelled up following his H1N1 photograph. We looked on the internet and that is one of the complications of that snort. But that's been a yoke of months ago. I e-mailed our doctor to see what she design. It seems an inordinately big span for it to be swelled if that is the event. We see the surgeon on Tuesday so we'll see what he says. In the meantime, Bob has been using a vibrator on the arm. He also spreads zinc oxide passable on it. Someone suggested to him that it might have some restorative value. It convinced can't worn.
